| You can refuse to allow them to search your car or house or anywhere else unless they have a warrant or probable cause of crime. The police won’t explain your rights or consequences when you agree to talk to them. As your attorneys we will not only explain those rights, but we’ll protect them. | |
| How many days do I have to answer a divorce petition or other lawsuit? | |
| You have thirty (30) days from the date you are served with a divorce petition or other lawsuit to file a responsive pleading. | |

Yes, if the child is under the age of 19 years a parent must be present in
